An Angel of God

As a little girl living in the Bronx at Sheridan Avenue, Mrs. Berbick as I called her embrace me as one of her family member. Annette, Michelle and I were inseparable as friends so I was always at her house. Her home was always open to Michelle and I. As I grew up Mrs Berbick became an aunt to me. I loved talking and visiting with her because she always had good advise to give me, not to mention her cooking. She made the best chicken gizzard and rice, so when I would go up stairs to her apartment the first thing I would ask her was what's for dinner Mrs Berbick, and if she didn't cook she would say Sandra what you want and she would find something for me to eat. She watch me grow up from little girl into woman hood. She had a laughter that would light up a room. She was a worm and caring person. I am going to miss her greatly, but I know she's watching over all of us. I love you Mrs Burbick RIP.
