Paul Anthony "Pauly" Pietrafesa, born January 6th, 1968, passed into rest surrounded by Family and Friends on November 23rd, 2016. Best remembered as a Loving Father, Devoted Husband, and a Dedicated City of Coral Springs Firefighter, Paul served his community with strength and honor, and passed those values on through his long fight with Cancer.

Born in Oceanside, NY to Paul and Joan Pietrafesa. Paul moved to Florida as an infant and lived in Deerfield Beach were he went to High School.

Paul was an auto mechanic before firefighting became his passion and owned his own auto repair shop for over 20 years. Paul was a volunteer firefighter for the City of Coral Springs before he was hired full time on November 23, 2005. In early 2016, he completed the training and passed the tests to become a driver/engineer.

Paul and his family were determined to "Bucket List" the heck out of life. Disney was a favorite place for the family. Paul zip lined, river tubed and visited "Hawaii." One of his favorite trips was with his wife Karen, they traveled to New York to see the 9/11 Museum.

Paul will always be remembered as "Pauly Strong."

He is further survived by all of his Brother and Sisters of the Coral Springs Fire Department, his Extended Family, and his many Loving Friends. He will be dearly missed.
