Terry Lord, 65, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Coral Springs Medical Center. He was born on June 22, 1951 in Liverpool, New York to Charles and Renee Lord.
Terry grew up in Liverpool, NY. He graduated from Liverpool High School in 1969. After high school he attended Yankton College in Yankton, SD where he received a degree in Secondary Education. He worked in the grocery marketing industry for 42 years.
Terry married Mary Dahm in 1971 in Early, Iowa. They were married 44 years and had two sons.
Terry enjoyed spending time with his family, listening to music and watching sports, most especially the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Renee Lord and his sister, Barbara Ward. He is survived by his wife Mary of Coral Springs, FL; sons Joshua (Staci) Lord of Orlando, FL and Christopher (Maria) Lord of Boynton Beach, FL; grandchildren Brittany (Jeremy) Danus, Amanda Lord, Justin Lord, Joshua Lord II, Kylie Lord, Brady Lord; great-grandchildren Rylee and Jameson; brothers Greg Lord (Dayton, Ohio), Michael Lord (Syracuse, NY), Kevin (Gail) Lord (Stephens City, VA); sisters and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews; and numerous other family and friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on July 30, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. with a Memorial Service to start at 3:00 P.M.
